Once a traditional Greek fishing village, Kokkini Hani has developed into a small, yet bustling resort with a superb beach. There is also a great choice of tavernas and a central location from which to really appreciate the beautiful island of Crete.
Kokkini Hani is ideal for families looking for a beach based holiday as the resort is centred around two main beaches with gently shelving sand and shingle. Some authentic architecture has remained, giving Kokkini Hani a slightly traditional feel. Nightlife is relaxed and is mainly focused around a few bars, restaurants and tavernas.
