Albania day trip
Why not take a day trip to nearby Albania and explore the magnificent ancient ruins at Butrint. The archaeological site includes a theatre, a Christian church and the remains of a temple. There are fantastic views of the site and lake from the top of the hills.

There are a number of boat trips on offer which provide you with stunning views of the hills full of olive groves, vines and plantations. The beach is perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the clear blue waters. The beautiful Kassiopitissa church is well worth a visit.
