Valletta Waterfront
Brightly coloured fishing boats populate the charming harbour of Valletta, the capital of Malta. The Mosta Dome
The Church of St. Mary was built between the 1830’s and the 1860’s and has Roman influences. The Mosta Dome at St. Mary is the 3rd largest unsupported dome in Europe and measures 40m in internal diameter. The interior of the church does not disappoint with its lavish decorations and trimmed gold-leaf. The church was originally built around an existing church which could not be demolished until the new one was complete.

If you are a bargain hunter, you will love the Maltese weekly markets where lace, jewellery, woollen jumpers and glassware can all be purchased. Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy watching the artisans at work. The glass blowers will amaze you with their ancient method of glass blowing by hand and mouth. A must see on your Malta holiday!

Gozo – This island may look like Malta due to the honey-coloured limestone which can be found throughout its villages but the pace is slower compared to Malta. The accommodation comprises of holiday apartments, farmhouses and upmarket hotels rather than large resorts. Gozo’s coastline lends itself to diving and swimming due to its clear blue waters and there are good walks inland and along the coast. Qawra - Qawra is known for its large hotels and beautiful panoramic views on to Salina Bay. This resort has so many bars, restaurants and shops that you will be spoilt for choice! The Qawra Tower, built in the 17th century, is impressive and amazing beach formations can be seen next to it. Qawra also offers good water sports facilities for avid water sports fans.
Bugibba – Bugibba boasts a long promenade which runs along the picturesque waterfront overlooking the lido with water sports, cafes and a swimming pool to cool off in. This lively destination attracts travellers due to its warm weather, rocky coastline and its ease of access to explore the rest of the island.
