Overview

Valencia Holidays

The province of Valencia is located in the centre of the Spanish Mediterranean coastline, overlooking the Gulf of Valencia and surrounded by mountains and rolling plains. Valencia enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild winters.

Valencia was originally inhabited by the Iberians; then the Greeks, Romans, Visigoths and Muslims settled down in the province. Despite this mix of influences, Valencia has its own specific identity governing itself with its very own institutions and parliament.
