Florida - What's On

The sunset at Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach is a nightly sunset celebration. This is a free family event featuring artists, crafters, street entertainment and live musical entertainment - it's not to be missed!

 

What's On In The Canaries

In February, the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival is held. The 14 day carnival is one of the most well known features in Tenerife and is second in the world in size and spectacle after Rio de Janeiro. 

 

What's On In The Balearics

In September processions and floral offerings take over the city of Palma in Majorca during the annual Mare de Deu de las Salut Fiesta. There is live music and theatre entertainment to enjoy. 

 

What's On In Turkey

If sailing is your passion in October, Bodrum celebrates the end of the cruising season. The regatta welcomes private yachts and the traditional and classic wooden yachts or gullets are even allowed to enter. 

 

What's On In Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the place to be on the 4th of July. You can enjoy the most spectacular firework extravaganza that only Las Vegas could host at a number of key venues around the city. 

 

What's On In Cuba

If you are lucky enough to spend Christmas in Cuba, head along to the Christmas festival of 'Las Parrandas de Remedios' in a small village outside of Santa Clara which hosts fireworks and a street party.

 

What's On In Greece

One of the highlights of visiting Zante is seeing the beautiful loggerhead turtles. The turtle is an endangered species but you can still see the mothers come ashore between June and August at night to lay their eggs.
