Walk the Pine Walk
One of the most sought-after spots in Puerto Pollensa, the Pine Walk is a pretty coastal pathway lined with cafes, hotels and bars. Stop for a swim at one of the sandy beaches, or simply stroll under the pines and take in the stunning seaside views. Keep an eye out for the famous bronze bust of the Spanish artist Hermenegildo Anglada Camarasa, or for a quick history trip, stop in at the old Military Base ' kids will love seeing the yellow sea-plane swimming in the ocean.
Admire the mountains
Puerto Pollensa is surrounded by the stunning Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range and the port is the perfect place to take in the panoramic scenery. Adventurous holidaymakers can hike into the hills for a complementary view of the bay ' be sure to take a guide though as the walks can be a bit hazardous! Bird-watchers will enjoy a trek into the Boquer Valley where Blue Rock Thrushes are commonly spotted.
