Our Representatives are an integral part of the dedicated Direct Holidays team that ensures
your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable, our
carefully selected representatives will be at the airport to meet you and take you to your
accommodation (excluding Florida and taxi transfers). Your Representative will:

* Take you to your resort accommodation.
* Host your Welcome Meeting.
* Organise your excursions.
* Assist in any way they can to make your stay more enjoyable.
* Be available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.
You may not need their services, but you'll feel better knowing they are there.

Our History
Direct Holidays were among the first to bring the direct-sell philosophy to the holiday
industry and were the first to offer package holidays that were fully bookable online.
We were formed in November 1991 and following a successful launch of the business from Glasgow
and Prestwick airports (1992 and 1993) we expanded our range to other local airports. The
parent company re-branded to My Travel in 2002/3 and then merged with the Thomas Cook Group in
2007. We are one of Europe's fastest growing holiday companies and one of the leading travel
companies on the web.
