Your booking
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, home address, e-mail address, credit card number and any special needs/disabilities/dietary/religious requirements or any medical information etc. 

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to your insurers (if you apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law. 

Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. When making a booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)

Marketing

We will collect information about your tastes and preferences both when you tell us what these are and by analysis of customer traffic. We use information collected to recommend holidays and other products/services that may be of interest to you. The Group may also use the information to help develop the design and layout of the site to ensure that it is as useful and enjoyable as possible.

This tick box is shown on the email registration page or the passenger details page in the booking process.

How do we protect your information?
When you provide us with your credit card details or order services from us, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts the information that you input before it is transmitted to us. 

We have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. 

Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information you provide will be kept secure from unauthorised access, the Internet is not a secure environment. We can not guarantee that the information will be secure during transmission to our web server.
