In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and

e-mail address, credit card number and any special needs/disabilities/dietary/religious
requirements or any medical information etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to your insurers (if you apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. When making a booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)

How do we protect your information?
When you provide us with your credit card details or order services from us, we offer the use
of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts the information that you input before
it is transmitted to us.
We have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
