How Do I Pay For My Package Holiday?
Any remaining balance on your package holiday is required to be paid 8 weeks before your
holiday departure date.
If you wish to make a payment, there are now three easy ways to pay depending on whether you
booked online with Direct Holidays, online with Thomas Cook, or by phone:
Online (with www.directholidays.co.uk) – Please make your payment
here
Online (with www.thomascook.com) – Please make your payment here
By Phone – please call our balance payment line on 0871 664 7560. You will need to
have your booking reference and credit card details to hand.
Calls cost 10p per minute at all times from BT fixed lines (mobile and other providers’ charges
vary)
