This sheltered valley has slowly developed into an area with villas and apartments tucked serenely amongst olive groves. The captivating Venetian Castle overlooks the stunning expanse of fine white shingle along Valtos Bay. Valtos is the main beach area of Parga with several tavernas, snack bars, a public pool and a couple of mini-markets. There are a few tavernas directly on the beach, with the most spectacular sea views.
