Direct Holidays Introduces Enhanced Content Features To Its Customer Review Site
Direct Holidays has added enhanced features to its independent reviews website – thebigpicturedirect.co.uk - giving holidaymakers the chance to add comments and questions to previous reviews as well as share their own experiences with others.
Launched last September, The Big Picture is an independently administrated review site, offering customers a trusted resource when researching holidays. The new question and comment feature is designed to give the site a community feel, allowing holidaymakers to ask fellow travellers questions about a particular hotel or resort, comment on a review or even catch up with friends they made abroad.
To make the site easier to use, reviews have been separated into ‘Best for’ sections such as ‘Best for Families and Best for Couples, allowing holidaymakers to shortlist suitable properties quickly. Customer videos as well as photos can now also be shared online, while a separate ‘Top Pics and Video’ section has been introduced to showcase the best snaps submitted.

Additional features now available on The Big Picture site include a daily weather report for each location; 1-5 customer rating system for all hotels; expansion of interactive World Map to now include 38 destinations; addition of properties featured in Direct Holidays’ Deluxe Direct and Hotspots brochures – expanding the selection to over 750 hotels and villas.
