Meet The Titans With Direct Holidays

Tenerife played host to the Titans, when Hollywood made a stop at the foot of Mount Teide to film scenes from the latest new blockbuster film ‘Clash of the Titans’.

The film will premier on 2nd April 2010, launching the tiny Canary island of Tenerife into the spotlight.  Mount Teide National Park was chosen for its natural beauty and untouched historic feel. Its enormous volcanic crater and staggering size make it the highest mountain in the whole of Spain, and the perfect Hollywood film set.

To follow in the footsteps of the Titans and climb to the summit of Mount Teide either by foot or by cable car that will carry you almost to the summit. From the peak, on a clear day, you will be able to take in breathtaking views of the other Canary Islands.
