In the meantime, we at Direct Holidays have a couple of Do's for you to remember: Do always keep your ticket in your hand luggage and Do remember to take a print-out with you if you have an e-ticket.
When Will I Receive My Tickets?

If you have booked your tickets more than two weeks prior to departure, they will usually arrive between seven and ten days before departure. If you have booked within two weeks of your departure date, your tickets will be available for collection from the airport.
What Does Ticket On Departure Mean?

Ticket on Departure means that having completed your booking within the two weeks before your departure date, your tickets will be available to collect at the airport instead of being sent to your home address.
How Do I Amend My Tickets?

You can call Customer Support and they will sort out the problem as soon as possible.
Please be aware that you may be charged an admin fee to correct your tickets.
Can I Buy My Tickets Less Than 2 Days In Advance?

Yes, but not online. If you would like to travel on a flight that departs within the next 2 days, please contact one of our Sales Centre Consultants who will arrange for you to collect your ticket at the airport.
